BLINDER Laser Products recommends that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping, and that you do not write on or attach labels to the product being returned otherwise the return may not be accepted. If you have not registered for warranty purposes, then a copy of the original Invoice must be included with the returned product. The Return Authorisation Number should be clearly visible, on the outside of the product-shipping carton. BLINDER Laser Products recommends that products returned by post should be sent by registered or certified mail. BLINDER Laser Products accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to BLINDER Laser Products.
Postage takes 2-3 days (not counting weekends). We deliver by Priority Courier Services that will deliver no later that 5.00pm.
If no one will be home to sign for the package upon arrival, we suggest that you supply us with a work delivery address if possible. This will save you time and frustration if you miss your home delivery.
Packages will only be left if authorisation is given to the courier directly. All packages are shipped concealed and no advertising is visible on the package that would show the nature of the item sent.
We provide you with courier tracking information by email or fax prior to the delivery date, to give you time to arrange someone to be home, or time to arrange with the courier company to leave the package in a secure spot at your own risk etc.
